We’re happy to share that the first pilot implementation of the HINTS e-learning systems in WB&SM countries took place from
May 19–23, 2025, hosted by the Polytechnic University of Tirana, Albania.
This hands-on training course focused on enhancing green and digital skills through innovative content and practical approaches,
involving leading experts across the HINTS consortium. Participants engaged in interactive sessions built around our newly
developed e-learning curriculum, covering two core domains:
● Digital Competences:
🔹Digital media, tools, and online communication;
🔹Gamification and educational games;
🔹Virtual and augmented reality in learning;
🔹Innovative pedagogies and learner-centred approaches;
🔹Digital learning environments and AI integration.
● Green Skills for Industry Transformation:
🔹Principles of green industries and sustainable manufacturing;
🔹Energy-efficient technologies and sustainable construction;
🔹Lifecycle analysis and circular economy;
🔹Green education for sustainable lifestyles;
🔹Industrial automation and robotics for greener processes.
This pilot marks a key step in testing and refining the HINTS e-learning platform, preparing VET providers and learners for a future
shaped by digitalisation and sustainability.
